Lauga has international experience in business development from the shipping industry in New York, and has worked in IT since 2013 as a consultant and entrepreneur. Before joining Firda she managed the incubator in StartupLab. In Firda Lauga serves as Partner, and she is on the board of Zerolytics. She holds a BBA from Berkeley College 2012. Lauga is currently on temporary leave to lead Noora, a FIRDA portfolio company.
